Chocolate tiramisu — beloved by its fans and truly delicious. Here is a method to prepare a delightful chocolate tiramisu in cups or a pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 250 g mascarpone or any cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Ladyfinger biscuits or tiramisu fingers
  • For dipping:
  • 1 cup cold chocolate drink (so fingers do not get soggy)

  • To garnish:

Method

  1. Start by preparing the chocolate mixture. Put the chocolate and the cream in a non-stick pan and stir until the chocolate melts.
  2. Place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. In a bowl, put the cheese and the powdered sugar and mix until smooth, and in another bowl put the liquid cream and whip it with the vanilla until it doubles in volume.
  4. Add the contents of the first bowl — the cheese mixture — onto the whipped cream and whip again.
  5. In serving cups or glasses, or in a cheesecake pan, put a little of the cream mixture.
  6. Dip the ladyfingers in the cold chocolate syrup and arrange some of them over the cream mixture in the pan, or place a few fingers in each cup.
  7. Spread part of the chocolate mixture we prepared at the beginning over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat the process until the cup is full or the mixture is finished if using a pan; the top layer should be the cream mixture, which you will dust with cocoa powder.
  9. Leave the chocolate tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
