- Tender beef, sliced into strips
- Garlic clove
- Green onions
- Carrot
- Onion
- A package of noodles
- Paprika

- Soy sauce
- Chicken stock cube

Method
- Cut all the vegetables into lengthwise strips.
- Put a little oil in a large pan over the heat and sauté the beef strips until they change color, then start adding the vegetables.
- Add the carrot first, and when it is almost cooked, add the onion, then the bell peppers, garlic, and green onions one after another, stirring until they are cooked.
- Add some of the noodle cooking water from the previously boiled and drained noodles over the vegetables and beef in the pan.
- Add the salt, spices, and the stock cube as well, and let them boil.
- Add the noodles on top once they boil, then the soy sauce, stir, and serve.
