- Seasonings for boiling the chicken
- Potatoes
- Oil
- Ghee
- Crushed garlic
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- A pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Boil the chicken with aromatics after skimming off the scum in the first stage.
- Fry the potatoes cut into medium pieces (or to your liking) in plenty of oil, then drain them.
- Arrange the potatoes in the baking dish.
- Brush the surface of the boiled chicken with oil and ghee and brown it in another pan in the oven.
- Meanwhile, lightly fry the crushed garlic in ghee, then add a large amount of chicken stock and lemon to taste and let the sauce simmer a little.
- Pour the garlic, lemon, and stock sauce over the tray, add a sprinkle of cinnamon, and arrange the browned chicken on top.
- Let the lemon-and-garlic chicken tray simmer briefly and serve it.
