Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken breast, cut into cubes
- Tawook marinade:
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- A pinch of paprika
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of garlic seasoning
- A pinch of seven-spice
- Salt
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce or tomato paste
- 1 can corn
- Rice:
- Long-grain rice, soaked, washed, and drained
- Butter
- Corn
- Rice seasoning
- A pinch of oregano
- Water

Method
- Marinate the diced chicken breast in the tawook marinade, preferably for at least 2 hours.Timers: 120 min
- Prepare the rice... soak it for a while, then wash and drain it.
- In a pot over the heat, add a little butter with the rice, corn, rice seasoning, and a pinch of oregano, and stir the rice in the butter for a while.
- Add water as needed for the rice. When it comes to a boil and reaches the level of the rice, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let the rice cook over low heat.
- Fry the tawook in a pan until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken tawook alongside the corn rice.
