Ingredients
- Boneless chicken, washed and cut into long strips or large squares as desired
- Large dry onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (it's preferable to omit added salt when using soy sauce in cooking because it is salty)
- Mushrooms, washed and sliced
- A large container of cooking cream
- Lemon juice
Method
- Start by frying the onion and garlic in a pot with a little vegetable oil....
- When the onion begins to turn pale, add the sliced mushrooms, then the well-washed, cut chicken, and sauté the chicken and mushrooms with the onion for a few minutes until they change color..
