Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
- Half a cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon shish tawook spice - if available
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Half a cup canned mushrooms, drained
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- Half a cup fresh cooking cream
- Pinch of white pepper
- 1 dry onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
- First, start by cutting the chicken into large cubes.
- Mix the chicken with shish tawook spices and marinade, and let the chicken marinate for at least two hours.
- Cut the green and red bell peppers into slices, and slice the onion into thin wedges.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over heat, and sauté the onion until softened.
- Add the green and red bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Sauté the mixture over heat until it dries out slightly.
- Add the marinated chicken and continue cooking the ingredients for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked.
- Add the fresh cream and stir the mixture, then sprinkle salt as needed.
- Serve chicken with mushrooms and cream alongside cooked rice.
