  • 1 kilo boneless chicken breast
  • 3 colored peppers, or as available
  • corn
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • +
  • a pinch of paprika
  • salt

  • ready-made Mexicana seasoning
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • vegetable oil

Method

  1. Clean the chicken and let it drain
  2. Cut it into wide strips, season it with spices, and let it marinate for two hours
  3. Put a little oil in a pan over the heat and sauté the chicken until cooked
  4. Set the chicken aside, and in the same pan add the onion, pepper, and corn and sauté just until they soften slightly; then add the chicken and a bouillon cube and cook until the liquids evaporate from the pan
  5. Serve the Chicken Mexicana as a sandwich in tortilla bread or as desired
