Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper or chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet red pepper powder)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste or concentrated tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 medium dry onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons soft butter

Method
- Grind the chicken well using a meat grinder.
- Make sure the grind is coarse with the onion.
- Add all the spices and mix them together.
- Finally add the butter to the chicken mixture and mix it as well.
- Place the chicken kebab mixture onto metal or wooden skewers as available, making sure they are suitable for grilling.
- Grill the chicken kebabs either over charcoal or in the oven according to preference and availability.
