Ingredients

  • 1 package fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Washed chicken slices
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • A pinch of white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of oregano

Method

  1. Boil the fettuccine with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil, then set aside..
  2. Sauté the fresh mushrooms in butter, then add the chicken slices and cook until the chicken slices are lightly browned.
  3. Add the flour and chicken broth .. then a pinch of white pepper and salt ..
  4. Drain the fettuccine after boiling, then toss it with a little butter, salt, and oregano.
  5. Place some fettuccine on a serving plate and top it with some of the chicken and mushroom sauce.
