Ingredients:

Sliced chicken breast Slices of colorful bell peppers (green, yellow, red) Sliced onion Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning Pinch of paprika Pinch of curry Pinch of ground ginger Salt 1 tablespoon mustard 1 can of corn

1 can mushrooms, to taste

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and season the chicken slices with the marinade, then refrigerate the chicken with the marinade for about two hours.

Boil the rice with a tablespoon of butter, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of curry, a saffron thread or turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.

Note: Ingredient quantities are to taste. Rice can also be prepared plain without the spices.
