Chicken burger... a homemade recipe, and nothing beats it. We grilled them on the grill, but you can also use the oven or a pan.

700 g boneless chicken fillet

300 g skinless chicken thighs

2 tbsp oil

1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tbsp mustard

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp white pepper

Salt

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

2 egg whites

1 tsp chicken broth seasoning powder - optional

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Drain the chicken well after washing it.
Grind the chicken in an electric grinder with the oil and vinegar to make it easier to grind. Grind it coarsely, without making it too fine.
Place it in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture for 20 to 30 minutes.
Shape the burgers after rolling them into balls. Form them with a burger press or place plastic wrap on the burger patties and shape them using the bottom of a plate.
Grill the chicken burgers on the grill, or as desired.
