Method
- Peel the potatoes, then boil them until fully cooked
- Mash the boiled potatoes and add a little salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of vegetable oil
- Grease the baking dish with a little vegetable oil, then spread the mashed potatoes to the thickness you want
- Brown them in the oven from the bottom, then from the top
- Sprinkle the cheese over the surface, then brown slightly on top
