Ingredients:\r\n1 cup feta cheese\r\n1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese\r\n1/2 cup Aleppo pistachios, chopped\r\npinch of white pepper\r\npack of ready-made cheese slices

Preparation:\r\nMix feta and mozzarella well.\r\nAdd the chopped pistachios and white pepper.\r\nAvoid adding extra salt since feta is salty, but adjust to taste.\r\nPlace a small amount of filling on each cheese-slice square. Roll into rounds. Seal the roll with a mixture of water and flour.\r\nDeep-fry the cheese wafers in hot oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of feta cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Aleppo pistachios
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • a package of ready-made cheese wafers

Method

  1. Mix the feta and mozzarella cheeses well.
  2. Add the Aleppo pistachios and white pepper.
  3. It's best not to add salt because feta is salty, but this is up to personal preference.
  4. Place a little filling on the wafer squares. Roll them into cylinders. Seal each roll with a mixture of water and flour.
  5. Deep-fry the cheese wafers in hot oil.
