  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • pine nuts
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method

  1. Fry the washed, chopped cauliflower in oil until it lightens in color.
  2. Place the fried cauliflower in a colander and set it aside. Mash the garlic and whisk it with the tahini, lemon juice, salt, and water as needed.
  3. Put the cauliflower in a glass oven dish and pour the tahini mixture over it. Place the dish in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
