Caramel popcorn — how about bringing the cinema atmosphere home?! Making popcorn is one of the ways :)

Popcorn kernels

Oil

Salt

Caramel:

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup water

Small piece of butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

Put the sugar in a pan over the heat and stir until it takes on a light brown color.
Add 1/4 cup water and the small piece of butter and stir quickly for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, then add the baking powder.

Note: If the sugar hasn’t fully dissolved, you can strain the caramel.

In a pot, add oil, popcorn kernels and a pinch of salt.
Reduce the heat so the kernels pop gently. Shake the pot occasionally so they don’t burn.
Place the popped corn in a bowl and drizzle the cooled caramel over it.
Toss so the popcorn absorbs the caramel evenly.
Spread the caramel popcorn on a tray and let it cool.
Separate the clusters once cool — they will stick together because of the caramel — then serve. Caramel popcorn
