Ingredients:

1 box plain, unfilled biscuits

1 cup liquid milk

\r\n

2 packets instant cream powder

\r\n

1 can Qimer cream

\r\n

1 packet caramel pudding powder

\r\n

6 pieces cream cheese

\r\n

1 cup chocolate spread

\r\n

Chocolate pieces for garnish

\r\n

\r\n

\r\n

Preparation:

\r\n

Dip the plain biscuits in the milk and arrange the soaked biscuits in the right cheesecake pan.

\r\n

Beat the ready cream powder with 1 cup of milk, a can of Qimer cream, and the caramel powder; add the cream cheese pieces and mix well…

\r\n

Spread the mixture over the biscuits; you may layer them. Freeze the pan until firm.

\r\n

When removing from the freezer, mix 1 cup chocolate spread with 1/2 cup plain cream and spread on top; decorate with chocolate pieces or shaved chocolate as desired.

Note: You can adjust the amounts to fit the pan size. You can also dust with powdered sugar to taste.
