Cannelloni with Spinach and Chicken

- Box of cannelloni pasta - tube-shaped pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- pasta seasoning
- 1 cup peas
- boiled carrots
- 2 cups green spinach, fresh or frozen
- salt
- 14 tablespoons powdered milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 7 cups water
- 1 stock cube (chicken, vegetable, or mushroom, as available)
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- white béchamel sauce
- Optional: add more grated cheese after removing the cannelloni from the oven
- Ingredients for the white sauce:
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- salt
- pasta seasoning
- Method for preparing the white sauce:
Method
- Boil the ready-made cannelloni for only two minutes, then place them under cold water for one minute or leave them in water until ready to use.
- In a pot over heat, add the chopped onion with the diced chicken and chicken seasoning (or to taste) and stir well, then add the chopped mushrooms and mix, then the spinach and mix, and finally the carrots and peas, then pasta seasoning... and the cannelloni filling is ready.
- Stuff the cannelloni tubes and arrange them in the oven dish, pour over the white sauce, then sprinkle the grated cheese. You can decorate as desired or with canned asparagus as shown in the accompanying photo.
- Place the cannelloni dish in a preheated oven and leave it for about 30 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the ingredients are cooked.Timers: 30 min
