Ingredients
- 7 large leaves of green cabbage
- 3 large carrots
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Method
- Cut out the cabbage ribs and set them aside, then chop the cabbage very finely
- Peel the carrots and grate them finely, then place them over the cabbage
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients well using a whisk to make the dressing, then pour it over the cabbage and carrots and toss
- Serve the mayonnaise cabbage salad alongside many fast chicken dishes such as crispy chicken, escalope, and KFC-style chicken
