Method:

Cut the chicken into cubes Mix the masala, chicken seasoning, and paprika, then take 1 tablespoon of the mixture, along with 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and add them to the chicken. Add the vinegar as well, mix, and leave to marinate for half an hour In a skillet or pot, add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil, then add the chicken and stir over medium heat until cooked In another pot, add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil, then stir the finely chopped onion and garlic until softened Add the peeled tomatoes, cut into cubes, and stir Add the remaining masala, chicken seasoning, paprika, black pepper, ginger, hot chili powder (optional), tomato paste, and 1 cup water, and let them simmer briefly Add the yogurt and let it simmer briefly as well, then add the cashews and let the mixture simmer again until it thickens Once the mixture has thickened, blend it, then return it to the pot and add the cooked chicken on top.
