  • 1 cup bulgur
  • A little vermicelli (thin noodles)
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Salt
  • 3 cups chicken stock

Method

  1. Put the butter and vermicelli in the pot and stir until the vermicelli turns light brown.
  2. Add the bulgur, chicken stock, spices, and salt, and stir briefly.
  3. When the stock boils, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave it until the bulgur is cooked.
  4. Pour the bulgur into a serving dish and arrange the boiled chicken on top. You can also add the deboned chicken to the bulgur before covering and letting it cook over low heat.
