Ingredients
- Beef, cut into pieces as desired
- 1 tbsp butter
- Hot water
- Peas
- Cut green beans
- Chopped carrots
- Cauliflower
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 small onion, chopped
- A handful of chopped parsley
- 1 small Egyptian coffee cup of rice
- 1 cinnamon stick

Method
- Place the beef in a pot over medium heat until it dries slightly and browns a little.
- Add the butter and stir, then add hot water and bring to a boil until the beef is about half cooked.
- Add the cleaned vegetables, chopped parsley, rice, salt and a cinnamon stick, then simmer the soup over low heat until all ingredients are fully cooked.
