- Dried coriander
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Paprika
- Salt

Method
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, then cut them into small or medium cubes
- Fry them in plenty of hot oil until crispy
- In a wide pan, sauté the crushed garlic in olive oil until softened, then add the finely chopped fresh coriander and stir briefly until it wilts
- Add the fried potato cubes over the garlic and coriander after removing them from the frying oil and stir
- Sprinkle with dried coriander, paprika, lemon juice (amount to taste), salt, and a small splash of water, then stir
- Finally, add an extra sprinkle of fresh coriander and stir for one minute, then turn off the heat
- Serve batata hara immediately or cold
