Banana cake... wonderful, especially with walnuts! Here are the recipe details

Ingredients:

\r\n

100 g butter

\r\n

1/4 cup vegetable oil

\r\n

3/4 cup white sugar

\r\n

3/4 cup brown sugar

\r\n

3 eggs

\r\n

2 teaspoons vanilla\r\n3 ripe bananas

\r\n

1 teaspoon vinegar\r\n1/2 cup powdered milk

\r\n

1 cup + 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

\r\n

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

\r\n

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

\r\n

Pinch of salt

\r\n

1/2 cup walnuts

\r\n\r\n

Method:

\r\n

Beat the butter, oil, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy
Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition, then add vanilla
Mash the bananas with the vinegar in a bowl until they don’t discolor, then add to the mixture
Add the dry ingredients and fold with a spoon until just combined; do not overmix
Add the walnuts with a gentle fold
Grease a loaf pan with a little vegetable oil and dust with flour
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the middle of the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until the cake is done

Note: Check doneness with a wooden skewer; when it comes out clean, remove the cake from the oven. Once cooled, run a knife around the edges and invert the cake onto a serving plate.
