Ingredients
- 1 kilo zucchini
- 1/2 kilo ground meat
- oil for frying
- 2 cups tomato juice or tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 whole tomatoes
- potatoes
- seven-spice
- pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Method
- First, wash the zucchini well and place them in a colander to dry.
- Heat the oil and fry the zucchini and the whole potato.
- When the vegetables are done frying, set them aside.
- Begin preparing the meat: fry the meat well, add the spices, salt and pine nuts, then add a tablespoon of pomegranate molasses.
- Start stuffing the zucchini: using a knife, cut each zucchini down the middle and fill it with the meat mixture.
- Do the same with the potatoes and also stuff the tomatoes, then place them in an ovenproof baking tray.
- Add two cups of tomato juice with a tablespoon of tomato paste (or tomato concentrate) and one cup of water.
- Place the Aplama zucchini and vegetable tray in the oven until the zucchini and the rest of the vegetables are cooked.
- Serve the Aplama zucchini with vegetables alongside fluffy white rice or plain cooked rice.
