Ingredients
- 1 bunch of arboozah/qatifa
- 2 large onions
- 1/4 cup coarse bulgur, washed
- Olive oil with a little vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- Note:
- It is important to dry or drain the arboozah/qatifa well after washing to preserve its green color after cooking
- Do not cover the arboozah/qatifa dish after cooking to help preserve the green color as well

Method
- Strip the qatifa leaves, wash them well, and leave them to drain
- Chop them coarsely
- Slice the onions into wedges, then sauté them in the oil until lightly colored
