Ingredients

- 200 g meat, cut into pieces, or as desired
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 small head garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- hot pepper powder, as desired
- tomato juice, tomato sauce, or tomato paste, 4 tablespoons
- or
- grated tomato
- vegetable oil
- 3 cups water
- salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Lightly brown the meat (half-fry) in a little oil, then add the chopped onion and sauté, add the garlic and coriander, and let the vegetables soften over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the spices, then the okra and sauté for about 10 minutes only; then add salt, tomato sauce, and water and stir.Timers: 10 min
- Let them simmer until cooked over low heat; you can add a little boiling water if the broth is scant and let them simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the green okra stew with rice pilaf with vermicelli.
