- 3 bunches spinach
- 1/2 kilo ground meat
- 1/2 cup fresh green coriander
- 6 cloves garlic
- juice of 3 lemons
- pine nuts
Method
- Wash the spinach very well and let it dry of water, then chop it; in a pot on the heat, put two tablespoons oil with the minced garlic and stir, then add the cilantro and then the ground meat; add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a red hot chili pepper (chili or hot pepper only if desired)
- After the meat is fully cooked, add the chopped spinach and stir for five minutes, then cover it with hot water (as needed) and leave them on the heat for half an hour
- Finally add the lemon juice and the fried pine nuts...
