Potato Stew with Chicken
Potato stew with chicken — a tasty, easy and hearty dish. This stew is also delicious when made with veal or lamb. Serve with rice.

Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Finely chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
- 1 Maggi chicken bouillon cube
- Salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
- 1 onion, finely chopped

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a deep pot, put a little oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic until they turn golden
- Fry the potato cubes until half-fried in plenty of oil, then drain them and add the potato cubes over the onion and garlic, stir and cover them
- In a pot, boil the chicken breasts. When they are cooked, add their broth over the potatoes with a chicken stock cube, salt, cinnamon and black pepper
- Let the broth boil for 5 to 10 minutesTimers: 10 min
- After the time has passed, add the shredded chicken breasts and the coriander, then cover the pot and let them simmer again for about 10 minutes
- Finally add the lemon juice, stir the stew and turn off the heat
- Serve the potato stew with chicken with rice
