Pasta with minced meat and cheese — easy, quick and delicious
Ingredients
- 1 box pasta (shape of your choice), cooked in salted water and drained
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato juice or passata
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Method
- Put the butter in a pot with the onion and sauté until soft.
- Add the minced meat and salt and cook until the meat is done.
- Add the tomato juice, tomato paste, chopped tomato, oregano, black pepper, and water and stir.
- Let the mixture simmer until it thickens; let it boil for about 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Add the cooked pasta over the meat mixture and stir.
- Place them in a baking dish and spread mozzarella cheese over the surface.
- Put the dish in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to brown the cheese.Timers: 10 min
- Serve the pasta with minced meat and cheese immediately.
