- 2 cans mushrooms (mushrooms)
- 1 cup pitted olives
- 1 small red sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet curry powder
- 1 tablespoon meat seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Tomato paste (tomato purée)
- First, we start by preparing the sauce:
Method
- Sauté the onion until soft, add the spices and stir, then add the meat and continue stirring the ingredients.
- Add the pepper and mushrooms and stir well, then add the chopped tomato and cover the pot.
- After a few minutes add the olives and stir well then cover the pot and let them cook in the tomato liquid that has formed.
- Add the tomato paste and boiling water and leave them for about a quarter of an hour (15 minutes) to cook completely before adding salt.Timers: 15 min
- Boil the pasta separately. When the pasta is cooked, place it in a serving dish and spoon a little of the red sauce over it.
