Red Sauce Pasta with Cheese

  • Long spaghetti pasta
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Sauce
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Ground meat
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of white spice
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Tomato sauce
  • Hot pepper - optional
  • 1 cup water
  • Oil

Method

  1. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: in a skillet, sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until softened, then add the meat and stir until it dries out.
  3. Add the spices and stir until the meat is cooked, then add the tomato sauce and 1 cup of water and stir.
  4. When the sauce comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Combine it with the pasta in a pyrex dish or baking tray and mix well.
  5. Place the pyrex dish in the oven for a short time until the pasta dries a little.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and brown it slightly under the broiler, then serve the pasta dish.
