Pasta with Shrimp (Prawns)

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 5 garlic cloves
- a piece of fresh ginger
- green and red chili peppers
- 1 onion
- a drizzle of oil and 1 teaspoon butter
- cleaned, washed and drained shrimp
- coarsely chopped spinach leaves
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of ground cumin
- a pinch of ground ginger
- juice of 2 lemons or oranges
- cooked/boiled pasta
- boiled carrots
- boiled broccoli
- grated mozzarella cheese

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Finely chop the garlic, ginger, pepper, and onion.
- Sauté them in a little oil and butter for one minute, then add the shrimp and sauté until cooked.
- Add the spinach leaves with a pinch of salt, sugar, spices, and orange juice and sauté for two minutes.
- Add the pasta and the boiled vegetables last and sauté so they brown slightly in the pan.
- Serve the shrimp pasta immediately with a sprinkle of mozzarella on top.
