Eggplant Moussaka - Video

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- White onion, finely chopped lengthwise
- 4 cloves garlic
- Red sweet pepper, chopped lengthwise
- Green sweet pepper
- Fried potatoes
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Juice of 4 grated tomatoes
- Fried eggplant slices
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put one large tablespoon of olive oil in the pot, then add the white onion chopped into large lengthwise pieces.
- Also add the minced garlic and the red and green peppers chopped lengthwise.
- Add fried potato pieces as desired. Add pepper paste, salt, and spices.
- Add the grated tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the eggplant pieces cut lengthwise into large pieces and fried.Timers: 10 min
