Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 2 medium teaspoons baking powder
- 1 medium teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup + 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 cup Mirinda (orange soda)
- 2½ cups flour

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla.
- When the mixture becomes pale, add the liquid ingredients and beat.
- Fold in the dry ingredients (sifted) and mix—use the spatula to fold from the bottom up if preferred.
- Grease the pan with a little corn oil and dust with a little flour, then pour in the Mirinda cake batter.
- Bake the pan in the center of the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes or until the cake is done, depending on your oven power.Timers: 45 min
- Brown the top of the Mirinda cake.
- Let the cake cool to room temperature before serving.
