- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup custard powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk

Method

- Beat the eggs for 2 minutes, then add the sugar and beat until dissolved.Timers: 2 min
- Add the remaining ingredients and the mashed bananas, then mix until combined.
- Grease the pan lightly with oil and dust with flour, then pour in the banana custard cake batter.
- Bake on the middle rack at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, or adjust time according to your oven.Timers: 40 min
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
