Method
- Mix with the apples:
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons fine sugar
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- Finely ground almonds, as desired
- Whisk the eggs with the vanilla, vinegar, and sugar well, then add the oil and milk while continuing to whisk. Sift in the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate, and salt...
- Mix the ingredients well until combined. Pour into a cake pan (after greasing it with a little oil and dusting it with flour). Then top the batter with the apple mixture combined with cinnamon, fine sugar, and cocoa, and sprinkle with finely ground almonds (optional).
- Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, depending on the oven's strength.Timers: 45 min
- After the cake is baked, decorate it with the toffee sauce.
- Place 1 and 1/4 cups sugar over medium heat. Once it melts, add 50 grams butter with 1 cup warm milk and 1 tub qeshta (clotted cream).
