1 iceberg lettuce, chopped roughly

1 avocado, sliced

1 bunch arugula or rocket, roughly chopped

Half an orange, peeled and sliced

  • 1 package of crab sticks (imitation crab meat)
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 bunch arugula (rocket) or watercress, coarsely chopped
  • Half an orange, peeled and sliced
  • Ingredients for the crab salad dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Begin arranging the wide serving plate with arugula first, then the lettuce, avocado, and orange slices .. you can choose or add any vegetables available according to preference
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients well and pour them over the salad and vegetables without tossing them
  3. Ingredients for the crab salad dressing:
  4. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 tablespoon cold water
  7. 1 tablespoon ketchup
  8. 1 teaspoon mustard
