Ingredients

  • Mango:
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light low-fat milk
  • Strawberry:
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/4 cups light low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • Cranberry:
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 banana
  • Kiwi:
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup light low-fat milk

Method

  1. In the blender... blend or whisk the ingredients of each layer separately
  2. Pour the layers over each other gradually from the thickest to the slightly thinner... place them carefully with a spoon so they don't mix
  3. Serve the layered cocktail cold
