Layered fruit cocktail... made from several layers of fresh fruit blends.
Ingredients
- Mango:
- 2 mangoes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup light low-fat milk
- Strawberry:
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/4 cups light low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- Cranberry:
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 banana
- Kiwi:
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 cup light low-fat milk

Method
- In the blender... blend or whisk the ingredients of each layer separately
- Pour the layers over each other gradually from the thickest to the slightly thinner... place them carefully with a spoon so they don't mix
- Serve the layered cocktail cold
