Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Shape the kofta into patties and fry them with a little olive oil.
- Thin the tahini with water, add lemon juice and salt and whisk to obtain a loose sauce; the sauce must be loose because it will thicken when it boils.
- Arrange half of the kofta patties and slices of raw potato, spread the tahini sauce, adjust the salt, and place the dish or pot in the oven.
- When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer on low heat so the potatoes cook through.
- Serve it with rice.
