How to Make the Tastiest Za'atar Crackers
Za'atar crackers make the perfect little bite or snack, using very simple ingredients found in every home. This is a recipe you shouldn't miss—you should definitely learn it, as it's also great for serving guests.

- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil (or use a mix of both)
- 1/2 cup dried za'atar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- Warm water
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- We mix the dry ingredients, then add the oil and rub the mixture together.
- Gradually add warm water according to the flour's need and knead until the dough forms.
- Roll the dough on a clean surface to a thin thickness, less than 1 cm, then cut it as desired or into squares.

- Bake in the oven at 180°C until cooked through and toasted.
