Chicken Kabsa
A tested, easy chicken kabsa recipe you should try. You can grill or fry the chicken to suit your preference.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Bone-in chicken breasts
- Aromatics/spices for boiling the chicken
- 1 teaspoon chicken spice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 cloves garlic
- Fresh grated ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper - as desired
- 3 cups rice - or as desired
- Kabsa special spice blend
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the chicken well and rub it with salt, vinegar, and lemon
- Then wash the chicken again and place it in the colander
- Put the chicken in a deep pot and cook for about 15 minutes over the heat with a spoon of oil and various aromatics such as bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and cardamom podsTimers: 15 min
