Potato Kibbeh
Arab cuisine is full of healthy vegetarian recipes that don't rely on any kind of meat! And for kibbeh lovers who prefer not to eat meat, especially raw meat, this is the perfect recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 1 small dried onion
- A pinch of cumin
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of white pepper
- Salt
- Dried red pepper
- 4 boiled potatoes

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the potatoes after peeling them, then set aside.
- Place the cup of bulgur in a food processor and add all the spices along with the dried red pepper, then blend well. Finally, add the potatoes and grind everything together until you get a smooth, combined mixture.
- Shape the potato kibbeh as desired. You can make it into patties or spread it as one large round on a serving platter.
- You can drizzle olive oil over the potato kibbeh, garnish as desired, and serve it with fresh vegetables.
