Easy Potato Kibbeh
Potato kibbeh is a super-easy vegetarian recipe. A healthy, filling dish thanks to the bulgur. Serve with vegetables and olive oil!

Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Kibbeh spice mix (kamouna)
- Bulgur
- Ready-made kibbeh spice mix
- Marjoram
- Fresh mint
- Dried onion
- Fresh red and green peppers

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the potatoes until completely cooked.
- Drain them, then mash with a fork.
- Add about 1/2 cup of the prepared kibbeh spice mix (prepare the mix ahead by blending all the mix ingredients until smooth).
- Adjust the salt and knead the spice mix into the mashed potatoes.
- Spread the potato kibbeh on a plate and serve drizzled with olive oil.
