Turkish Chicken Kebab
An easy, delicious homemade Turkish chicken kebab. Served with several sauces — links to recipes are included. Enjoy!
Turkish chicken kebab — a very simple and tasty recipe.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 200 g ground chicken fillet
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- a small bunch of parsley (about 1/4 bunch)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of each spice: white pepper, black pepper, curry, and dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Grind the red pepper, garlic, parsley and oil with the spices in a food processor until you get a paste-like mixture...
- Add salt and sugar to the previously ground chicken... then add the paste-like mixture and mix well until combined
- Shape wide fingers from the chicken...
- Grill the Turkish chicken kebab on both sides in a grill pan after brushing it with a little vegetable oil...
- Serve the kebab fingers hot alongside garlic sauce, avocado sauce or cocktail sauce
