- 150 g chicken fillet
- 1 tsp ground red pepper or paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 small cup mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- 1 small cup black and green olives
- 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion

Method

- Cut the chicken into small cubes and season with salt, oil, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder...
- Fry the seasoned chicken in a pan over the heat... then add the chopped onion, chopped colored peppers and sliced mushrooms...
