Cappuccino (No Machine)
Cappuccino — an Italian-style coffee drink that’s become very popular. A type of coffee enjoyed for its foam, best served hot. Here’s a quick homemade method.
Cappuccino ... ready in less than five minutes and without a special machine
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1½ teaspoons instant coffee or Nescafé
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- ¾ cup hot milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)
- Cocoa powder for garnish
- Note: quantities make one cup

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the water, sugar and Nescafé together, then whisk them with an electric frother or whisk by hand, or put them in a small bottle and shake well to obtain foam
- Put the mixture in the cup and slowly pour the hot milk over it
- Garnish the cappuccino with cocoa powder to taste
