- Potatoes
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper or white pepper
- Butter
- Milk
- Green onion
- Canned corn

- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Paprika

Method
- Wash the potatoes and dry them well on the outside, then brush them with oil and salt and bake them in a preheated oven until fully cooked.
- Let them cool, then cut the potatoes lengthwise with a knife.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the baked potato flesh, keeping the skins intact so you can return the filling to them later.
- Mash the scooped-out potato with a fork, then add a knob of butter, a little warm milk, salt, white pepper, corn, and finely chopped green onion, and mix well.
- Fill the potato skins with the mashed potato mixture and top with mozzarella, then sprinkle with paprika and oregano.
- Place the potatoes under the oven grill until browned and the cheese melts.
