- Beef tenderloin steak or flattened steak cuts
- Apple cider vinegar
- Coarse salt
- Olive oil

Method
- Peel and cut the potatoes into small rounds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place them in cupcake molds. Pour over them liquid cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese, then bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.Timers: 40 min
- Earlier, marinate the steak in apple cider vinegar and black pepper for at least an hour. Pan-fry it with a little olive oil. Sprinkle the steak with a little coarse salt and black pepper and remove it from the pan when cooked.
- In the same pan, sauté sliced onion and fresh mushrooms over low heat and cover them until their liquids caramelize... then add the caramelized onion and mushrooms to the steak.
