Mushrooms with Onion and Sweet Pepper

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Half a kilo fresh mushrooms
- One-third cup oil
- 2 medium onions
- Half a teaspoon salt or to taste
- A quarter teaspoon seven-spice blend
- A quarter teaspoon paprika
- A quarter teaspoon black pepper
- 1 sweet pepper
- A quarter cup soy sauce
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the oil in a pot over the heat with the washed, chopped mushrooms (do not wash the mushrooms too long before using them because, like a sponge, they absorb water)
- Add the onions cut into wedges directly over the mushrooms and stir
- Add the salt and spices and stir a little before adding the sweet pepper, cut into rings, on top
