Roasted Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

- 1 leg of lamb, bone-in
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Grilling spice blend
- Ginger powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Half a small cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- We make lines with the tip of a knife along the length of the leg
- Mix all the ingredients, then rub the leg with the mixture on all sides
- Leave the leg to marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnightTimers: 180 min
- Place the leg in a baking tray and wrap it tightly with aluminum foil
- Put the tray in the preheated oven on the middle rack and leave the leg for 3 and a half hours over medium to low heat
- After the time has passed and you have made sure the meat is cooked through, uncover the leg and discard the foil, then brown it until it takes on a nice color and dries on the outside
- Serve the roasted leg of lamb with roasted vegetables or rice
